I. No terms shall bind a party who never meaningfully consented to them. Scrolling past a wall of legalese at 11 pm does not constitute informed agreement.
II. Your data is yours. The collection, sale, and analysis of your behavior without genuine disclosure is hereby repudiated by this document — which carries exactly as much legal weight as those documents did.
III. Any clause that may only be modified by the party that benefits from it is not a contract. It is a wish. And wishes do not hold up in court — or in life.
IV. The right to use a product you paid for shall not be contingent upon surrendering your privacy, your legal recourse, or your common sense.
